KLIP-LOK® Roof Replacement and Re-Pitch – Ascot

The existing roof on this Ascot unit block was below the required pitch and needed to be upgraded. As part of the re-roofing project, the roof was re-pitched to create the correct fall before a new KLIP-LOK® concealed-fix metal roofing system was installed.

The upgrade brought the roof into line with current construction and site-specific wind-loading requirements. The completed roof now provides improved drainage, secure fixing and a clean, modern finish across the unit complex.
